East Side Ministry Coordinator

Redeemer Presbyterian Church (RPC) is seeking a proficient and motivated individual to coordinate and oversee the logistics of worship, events, membership and congregational care for the East Side. This includes planning and leading ministry events related to evangelism, hospitality, prayer, community life and monthly meetings. This also includes providing administrative support and training for lay ministry teams, coordinating the membership process and arranging for pastoral care with appropriate ministry and pastoral staff. Qualifications: This job is highly tactical and administrative in nature, but also people-intensive. Fellowship Group Director (Two positions are available)

Redeemer Presbyterian Church (RPC) is seeking a director to oversee and shepherd Fellowship Groups, Leaders, and Leader-Coaches. Director will be responsible for on-going supervision and pastoral oversight of Leader-Coaches and community groups, teaching and training of leaders, and developing structures and systems for ongoing multiplication of leaders and groups. Other responsibilities include the gathering and development of lay ministry teams; collaborating with other pastors, C.G. Directors, and the Session on leader development and pastoral care issues; and maintaining visible presence at worship services, coffee hours, and congregational events. Qualifications: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to function well as part of a team. MS Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Theological degree a plus but not required. Open to both men and women, ordained or non-ordained. Previous coaching and counseling experience a plus. Downtown Launch Manager (Downtown Congregation)

Redeemer Presbyterian Church (RPC) is seeking an experienced project manager / strategic planner to organize and execute multiple initiatives leading to the launch of the Downtown congregation, including but not limited to communications, search for facilities, children's ministry, outreach, prayer and worship. This is a temporary position. Candidate will work with Lead Pastor to coordinate the launch at least one service by the end of 2012. Tasks will include developing, maintaining, and supporting multiple volunteer teams to oversee the various launch initiatives. Candidate will also be responsible for developing and defining project plans and tasks, including resource and budget requirements. Other responsibilities include developing a launch plan and calendar, planning and scheduling project timelines and tracking progress, and reporting results regularly to management (Lead Pastors, Exec Team, Elder Team, Downtown Congregation, etc). Qualifications: Strong ability to organize and plan, but flexible enough to manage change. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects and people. Ability to function well as part of a team. Leadership and management experience preferred. Must have direct experience in project management and strategic planning. Director of Ministry / Assistant to Lead Pastor (Downtown)

Redeemer Presbyterian Church (RPC) is seeking a proficient, creative ministry leader who will take a lead role in working with Downtown Lead Pastor to operationalize and execute major congregational ministry objectives for new congregation, including new ministry initiatives. Candidate will also take role in helping Downtown Lead Pastor maintain ministry priorities as determined by the Lead Pastor. Qualifications: Strong management background, problem-solving and decision-making abilities, proven organizational skills, affinity for Downtown, ability to multi-task, initiative and ability to work creatively and strategically within a changing organizational structure are essential.
