Description:
In the busyness of life in the city, even seasoned couples attest to how challenging it can be to remain connected and to grow in their marriage. They realize that the demands and difficulties of life can either drive them apart or strengthen them relationally and spiritually. They long therefore to know more deeply what it means to have God at the center of their marriage.

This workshop is for married couples seeking to be encouraged, enriched and challenged by a gospel-centered vision of marriage. Through teaching and discussion, it will examine how God's story of redemption can form the foundation for facing the everyday issues and struggles of life and marriage. The workshop will focus on practical application and will cover topics such as:
  • How a gospel-centered purpose for marriage transforms every aspect of marriage
  • Keeping marriage a priority in the midst of balancing family and work
  • Applying biblical love to personality differences and communication styles
  • How marriage can be a context for healing and growth in relation to past wounds
  • Resolving conflicts with a redemptive perspective
